Two for simplicity today, after a break of nearly a week. It started with having nothing for one photo and then feeling bad about having nothing and then not taking another picture because hell is already skipped a day, what’s one more followed by oh I’m really looking for this but I can’t find what I want and what I have isn’t nearly cool enough.
There’s ALL that AND there’s the fact that I’ve been unwell (for those who are new in the crowd, “unwell” is my code word for that whole awkward thing that’s wrong with me so I don’t have to explain that whole awkward thing that’s wrong with me). Pretty much all week. Still not 100 percent, probably because in traveling into a storm. I haven’t given my head a chance to get used to stable barometric pressure…& that really does a number on me.
So yeah. That’s the long of it. So I have two pictures today. There would be more because there were a ton of pictures I wanted to stop and take – Mississippi is just now hitting peak fall leaf season – but the trip today was already too long. Maybe driving back.
Anyway. Two pictures of simplicity. Taken at Mammoth Springs State Park, Mammoth Springs, AR, at what used to be a small hydro-electric plant on the Spring River.
