Every once in awhile I get the chance to get out and take some photos, but because life is busy, I don’t get around to doing anything with them. There are lots of reasons why I love summer – things are in bloom, life slows down, weekends are spent at the beach, I can move to my body’s natural rhythms – and one of them is that I have time to pursue my own passions, a key one of which is photography. I can get out and take photos and then I have time to play around with them in editing.
This particular set of photos were taken at Kamper Park in Hattiesburg – I can’t remember why I was there exactly now. I don’t remember if it was after a physical therapy appointment or what. For some reason, though, I was there mid-morning, looking for things to photograph. I didn’t find much – just these daisies growing along the creek and through the fence. I suppose, though, that it was more than enough.
