Jen's Main Dishes and Casseroles
Meatloaf
- Jen's Meatloaf
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 can french fried onions
- 1/2 small tub of sour cream
- about 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- quarter cup BBQ sauce or steak sauce
- Preheat Oven to 350.
- Mix together meat, soup, mushrooms, 3/4 can of friend onions, sour cream, bread crumbs, and steak sauce
- Place in baking pan.
- Sprinkle remainder of french fried onions over top of meatloaf.
- Bake about 1 hour or until done in center
